Hi not sure but you did not use double sided tape ? my kit came with tape my steering wheel is s15 same as video you’re other videos show tape being used ?
Hey, you probably already know, but incase anyone else asks the same question its not neccessary to use the double-sided tape, in his video description he has this "Double-sided adhesive (fix the cover leather position, not necessary, you could also choose not to use it)"
